Sari Franco Schnaider has been a partner at GARÉ IP since 2017. She holds a Law degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2003, she specialized in Civil Law and Civil Procedure in 2009 from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Contract Law from ESA – Escola Superior de Advocacia Nacional.

She has extensive experience in Civil and Business litigation, serving national and international clients. Throughout her career, she also worked in consumer law and due diligence.

Sari is certified by the Lean Six Sigma method and is currently in charge of the office management, aiming to continuously improve services. Among her responsibilities are the implementation of work methodologies that enable creative and quick solutions, as well as strategic planning to combat the illegal trade.
