Lisseth Armijos is a Director at Spingarn, where she focuses her practice on Mergers & Acquisitions and Energy & Natural Resources. She advises domestic and multinational clients on complex corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements, strategic commercial agreements, legal due diligence, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Her energy and natural resources practice encompasses transactional, contractual and regulatory advice across the hydrocarbons, mining, renewable energy and power sectors. She regularly advises clients on regulatory frameworks, public procurement processes, negotiations with governmental authorities and state-owned companies, and the structuring and implementation of projects in regulated industries.

Before joining Spingarn, Lisseth worked at Ecuadorian and regional law firms and served as in-house counsel for a multinational company. This combination of private practice and in-house experience allows her to provide commercially oriented and practical legal advice aligned with her clients’ strategic objectives.
