Career
Natalia is an attorney graduated in 2019 from the Faculty of Jurisprudence at Universidad del Rosario, where she also completed a Specialization in Government Contracting.
Her background includes legal advisory at law firms on bidder selection processes, legal opinions on public procurement matters, and consultancy projects for infrastructure structuring. She has also served as part of the in-house legal team of an EPC company operating under a PPP concession framework — giving her firsthand understanding of the contractual and regulatory dynamics of large-scale infrastructure projects from both the legal and operational sides.
Currently, she is part of FDP Legal's Public Law and Infrastructure practice, leading legal advisory efforts for key mobility and urban infrastructure projects in Bogotá.
