Nazlı has been practicing law for over 20 years, registered with the Istanbul Bar Association.

Her professional practice focuses on commercial disputes and legal consultancy services, including the drafting, negotiation and termination of all types of agreements required by companies in line with their fields of activity. In addition, she actively handles divorce and liquidation of matrimonial property regime cases, inheritance law disputes, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings under the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, as well as judicial sale processes of movable and immovable assets.

She continues to represent clients in concordat and bankruptcy cases, criminal law matters, and disputes related to intellectual and industrial property law. She also has extensive experience in disputes arising from urban transformation projects and construction agreements in return for land share, dealership and distributorship agreements, administrative litigation, labour law and family law matters.
