Gautier Chavanet has been assisting its clients in financing matters for more than 15 years. He specializes in debt capital market transactions, particularly for the public sector. He has developed particular expertise in bond issues (and other market financing, such as Schuldschein and NSVs) by local authorities, public health institutions, public inter-municipal cooperation bodies, public housing authorities and other social housing bodies, and semi-public companies. He advises issuers, placement agents, investors and financing platforms. Gautier also regularly advises lenders on real estate financing transactions (notably hotels) and acquisitions (LBOs).
