Akshata Namjoshi, Equity Partner at KARM, brings a decade of regulatory experience in banking and finance, with eight years in the UAE. She leads KARM’s Fintech and Payments sectors, advising on structuring, licensing, and compliance for fintechs across retail payments, pay-later, financing and remittance sectors. Akshata has been instrumental in drafting open banking regulations for Central Bank of Oman and has advised many clients on regulatory requirements in UAE and the Middle East.
