Senior associate

Maria Antonietta Di Noia is a Senior Associate at B-HSE Società tra Avvocati, where she advises leading Italian companies and public entities on administrative and civil law matters, both in advisory work and litigation. She is admitted to practise before the Higher Courts. Her practice focuses in particular on administrative and public environmental law, with significant experience in matters relating to waste, landfills, remediation and environmental damage.

Before joining B-HSE in 2023, she worked as Legal Counselor on secondment at AVIO, where she dealt with environmental compliance, supply agreements, group litigation management, contractual advisory work, negotiations with Italian private clients and settlement agreements. This in-house experience further strengthened her ability to assist clients on complex regulatory and contractual matters in highly sensitive sectors. Based on the information currently available, she joined B-HSE as Senior Associate in June 2023 following that role.

She graduated in Law from Sapienza University of Rome and later obtained a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from the same university, awarded cum laude. Her academic background complements a long-standing professional focus on environmental and administrative law, as well as on compliance and safety-related matters.
