Alessandro is an attorney admitted to the Rome Bar and Counsel at B-HSE. He graduated in Law from Sapienza University of Rome in 1998 and obtained an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, New York, in 2004. Over the course of his career, he has developed significant experience in corporate and commercial law, M&A, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters, combining domestic and international expertise. Before joining B-HSE in 2021, he worked with leading Italian and international law firms, including Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Clifford Chance, Baker & McKenzie and Pavia e Ansaldo.

His practice focuses on advising Italian and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, extraordinary transactions, joint ventures, business transfers, compliance programmes, anti-money laundering and cybersecurity, as well as environmental and regulatory issues connected with complex transactions. He has also developed substantial experience in cross-border matters, international contracts and institutional affairs, assisting clients in navigating Italian legal and regulatory frameworks and in dealings with public institutions and industry stakeholders.

Alessandro also holds institutional and corporate appointments. He currently serves as Vice Chairman and Board Member of Lextel AI S.p.A., a Tinexta Group company focused on AI applications in the legal sector. He is a member of Unindustria Lazio and is active in a number of leading business and professional organisations, including BAIA, UCID and the Columbia Alumni network.
