Francesco Salvi is admitted to practise before the Higher Courts and practises in criminal law. He heads the Compliance and Criminal Law Department at B-HSE. He has developed extensive experience in providing out-of-court assistance and judicial defence to legal entities and public and private bodies involved, whether as defendants or injured parties, in environmental, health and safety, corporate, urban planning and property-related crimes.

He also advises on crime prevention and compliance management, with particular regard to the implementation of control systems, the drafting of Legislative Decree 231/2001 models, and service on Supervisory Bodies, as well as whistleblowing and anti-corruption control bodies.

Francesco is the author of numerous publications on compliance matters and serves as Cultore della materia in environmental law at the University of Macerata.
