After graduating from a business school, Frédéric pursued law studies with a focus on business law. This dual background, combined with his highly pragmatic approach, led him to specialize in commercial and corporate law, both in advisory and litigation.
He advises and supports companies throughout their legal lifecycle, from incorporation (drafting articles of association, shareholders’ agreements), through development (drafting commercial contracts, commercial leases, contracts for the sale/acquisition of business assets or company shares, restructurings), to eventual sale.
He also maintains a significant practice in banking and financial litigation, including matters such as banking liability, guarantees, and compliance with advisory duties.
