Holding a doctorate in private law, Cyril Chabert early on focused his practice on the e-commerce sector, covering the entire chain from logistics—essential for inventory management—to transport, the final link in delivery to the purchaser, while also addressing the day-to-day needs of distribution, from complex consumer law issues to competition disputes that have grown alongside the expansion of this sector.

He assists clients with contractual arrangements, intellectual property management, and marketplace organization. He also represents them before civil and commercial courts, as well as before the Competition Authority or the DGCCRF during investigation phases.
