After completing his university studies in business law and a postgraduate program in partnership with France’s top business school, HEC, that sparked his interest in economics, Laurent quickly turned to M&A. In this spirit, he founded NMCG in 2008.

Together with his team, he addresses all aspects and challenges of corporate life in order to best support clients in their development or sale projects.
