For 27 years, Agathe has been assisting employers in defending their interests, both in legal advice and litigation. With this experience, she joined NMCG in 2025 to ensure the continuity and development of the Parisian social department, in line with the project carried by the firm for more than 18 years. With her team, she notably supports employers in high-stakes files: job protection plans, negotiation and implementation of collective agreements, sensitive individual and collective disputes, criminal protection for the manager, management of work accidents and relations with the Urssaf.
