Ludovica Margherita Catena is a lawyer specialising in business and corporate law. She advises companies and partners throughout all stages of the business lifecycle, both in the judicial and extrajudicial fields.

Thanks to the experience gained in advising companies, she supports entrepreneurs in their strategic and operational decisions, assisting them throughout decision-making processes and in the structuring of complex corporate and commercial transactions, with a pragmatic approach focused on business continuity and the preservation of corporate governance and financial balance.

She graduated in Law from the University of Bari and has been admitted to the Bari Bar Association since January 2022. She completed a Master in Corporate Law at 24ORE Business School.

In addition to her business and corporate specialization, she has developed recognised expertise in the restructuring and insolvency field through both judicial and extrajudicial transactions. She is in the Italian register of business crisis managers and, in such capacity, holds appointments in insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
