Luca Gualazzini is a lawyer specialising in sports law, with a particular focus on the professional football industry. He advises professional football clubs, athletes, agents and other stakeholders – both domestically and internationally – on contractual matters, transfers, regulatory compliance and sports-related disputes.

Thanks to the experience gained within professional football clubs, he supports teams in managing their day-to-day operational needs, ranging from contract drafting to dealings with federations and leagues, combining technical legal expertise with direct knowledge of the sector’s dynamics. He assists sports organisations at any level, providing clear, reliable and goal-oriented legal solutions.

He graduated in Law from the University of Milan, is admitted to the Milan Bar Association, and completed an international Master in International Sports Law at ISDE in Madrid.

In addition to his sports law practice, he has experience in civil and insolvency litigation, which he integrates into his work to offer clients a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary and robust approach to the protection of their interests.
