Nicolò Bellavitis works in the area of corporate law and has gained significant experience in complex extraordinary transactions (M&A), internationalization of companies and commercial contracts, both Italian and international.

In March 2016, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in international corporate law from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.

Member of the Padua Bar Association, Nicolò has been a senior associate at LegisLAB since May 2022, after having worked in leading national and international law firms both in Italy and abroad.
