Founding Partner

Walter Marini practices civil, commercial, real estate and bankruptcy law. He assists individuals and companies, both national and international, both in court and out of court, where he has gained significant experience in all types of litigation, including arbitration, in over twenty years of professional activity.

For years he has been assisting the owners of shopping malls as well as large commercial operators in the retail sector.

He is qualified to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and other higher courts.

Before founding LegisLAB, he worked in leading law firms in Milan, holding senior and management positions.
