Senior Associate

Paolo Marsilio main areas of practice are sports law, digital marketing law and media law.

He advises Italian and foreign clients like clubs, athletes, sports agents and coaches in the judicial and extrajudicial context of sport. He advised also the stakeholders in the eSports industry.

He advises individuals, companies and start-ups in the field of influencer marketing and content creation.

Since 2016, he is a lecturer in the Postgraduate Course in Sports Law and Sports Justice at the University of Milan and he contributes to the Degree Course in Sports Law and Contract Law at the University of Milan.

In 2017, he co-founded the Sports Law Research Centre.

He is also author of national and international publications on legal-sports issues, speaker and moderator in multiple sports industry conferences, including the Global Master in International Sports Law at ISDE Madrid.
