Laurent Riedweg advises national and multinational companies in domestic and international tax matters, in particular in connection with reorganizations, restructurings and M&A transactions. He also frequently assists entrepreneurs and executives on cross-border and domestic tax planning.

Prior to joining Riedweg&Partner as a partner in 2020, Laurent Riedweg was an associate at a leading Swiss law firm for several years.
