Zora has been practicing law since 2020. Her focus is on corporate and commercial litigation and commercial contracts. In addition, she regularly advises shareholders, directors, and supervisory board members.

Zora assists (international) clients in (potential) disputes and proceedings and aims to resolve conflicts amicably whenever possible. She supports clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, paying attention not only to legal risks but also to commercial opportunities. Furthermore, she has experience with complex shareholder matters and with advising shareholders, directors, and supervisory board members. Her work is characterized by a pragmatic approach, with attention to the business, personal, and societal context of her clients.

Zora received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Amsterdam, where she followed up her master’s with further studies.
