Maarten Bout has been working for Davids Advocaten since 2019, and is primarily active in the area of insolvency and corporate law. He is regularly appointed by the Amsterdam courts as trustee in bankruptcies and supports colleagues within our firm in the settlement of bankruptcies and suspensions of payment.
