Billy qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in April 2025, having completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at Cardiff University in 2022. He holds an LLB from Nottingham Trent University and previously completed the Diploma in Legal Studies at the University of Hong Kong’s School of Professional and Continuing Education, qualifying as a legal executive in Hong Kong.

Billy has over a decade of experience working in general practice in Hong Kong, advising on a broad range of matters including civil litigation, family law, and wills and probate. Since relocating to the UK, he has focused primarily on residential conveyancing, advising on a wide range of transactions, and has also assisted on civil litigation matters.

He trained and qualified in London following experience as a paralegal at a firm specialising in residential property. Billy is also planning to undertake the Notarial Practice Course at University College London, with a view to qualifying as a Notary Public.
