Lauren’s recent experience includes:

Advising a manufacturing client in an arbitration relating to a commercial construction contract dispute; Advising SILK Laser Clinics (ASX:SLA) on its proposed acquisition by Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API) (a subsidiary of Wesfarmers (ASX:WES)) by way of scheme of arrangement for approximately $180 million; Acting for and advising directors and shareholders in disputes regarding their ownership, rights and obligations; Acting for parties seeking to enforce post transaction restraints and pursue or defend warranty claims; and Acting in relation to an ownership dispute of a national sporting organisation.

Lauren is known for her practical, organised and no-nonsense approach to disputes resolution. Lauren has acted for individuals and private entities through to listed companies across multiple jurisdictions in all Superior Courts.
