Founding Partner

Dr Yavuz Selim Günay is a founding partner of Günay & Erdoğan Attorneys-at-Law and has extensive experience across a broad range of legal disciplines.

Günay previously served as Director of Legal and Contracts at one of Türkiye’s leading defence and information technology companies and also worked at one of Türkiye’s leading law firms.

With deep experience in contracts law, international trade law, dispute resolution and arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, technology law, defence and aerospace law, export controls and intellectual property law, Günay provides strategic legal services to both domestic and international clients. He is also highly experienced in representing Turkish clients making investments abroad.

Günay teaches technology law on a part-time basis at Bilkent University Faculty of Law.
