Çiğdem Gizem Okkaoğlu is a partner at Günay & Erdoğan. With a background in industrial engineering, she brings strong analytical skills to the table. She previously worked at the Turkish Competition Authority as a competition expert and enforcement officer. Since leaving the Authority, she has gained extensive experience in competition law and regulation at leading international and domestic law firms. Her areas of expertise include competition law, regulation, mergers and acquisitions, technology law, international sanctions and export controls. She also has a keen interest in legal technology and is a co-founder of Türkiye’s largest legal technology platform. A valued member of our team, she provides strategic legal services to both domestic and international clients.
