Edward joined Meridian in March 2019.
An Associate in the Disputes team, he qualified in November 2023 and is currently working towards becoming a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
Edward deals with all areas of contentious probate, including claims relating to the validity of a Will, financial provision pursuant to the Inheritance Act 1975, removal of executors and disputes between executors and beneficiaries arising from a deceased individual’s estate.
