Associate

Tim is an Associate in the Estate Planning team, having joined Meridian in January 2018.  He previously working in an in-house role in the airline industry before qualifying as a solicitor at Thursfields in 2017.

Tim has nearly 10 years’ experience in working in private client law and works on often complex matters with a professional and friendly approach. He regularly advises on complex Wills, inheritance tax and capital gains tax estate planning as well as trust creation and estate administration. In addition to estate planning, he frequently works on complex high value estate administration (probate) matters including estates with cross-border succession issues.

Tim completed his legal practice course at Bristol Law School at the University of the West of England. He is an affiliate member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
