Mark joined Meridian in 2018 and is a Partner in the Disputes team. 

He qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has spent his entire career working in this area. He deals with all areas of contentious probate including claims relating to the validity of a Will, financial provision pursuant to the 1975 Inheritance Act, removal of executors and disputes between beneficiaries. 

He has been a full member of ACTAPS since soon after qualification.

Mark graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in Law and German Law, which included a year studying at Bayreuth University in Bavaria.
