Sylvia can assist with NDA’s, confidentiality agreements, SAAS, outsourcing agreements, private investment agreements, sub-contractor agreements, service agreements, and construction contracts. She has previously acted for borrowers where she drafted amendments to and assignments of multiple loan agreements, and negotiated with the Scottish Government in relation to extended repayment terms
