Sophie qualified as a lawyer through an apprenticeship route called the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX), which is a professional body that offers a pathway for individuals to qualify as lawyers, through a combination of rigorous academic training and hand-on experience.

Sophie is also a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner through The Society of Trusts and Estates (STEP) - a globally recognised professional association whose advisors are considered experts in Inheritance Tax and succession planning.

Sophie started her legal career in Surrey and has experience working in London advising high-net-worth individuals.

Sophie is a Wills, Trusts and Probate specialist, with over 14 years’ experience. She qualified as a CILEX lawyer 7 years ago and takes great pride in delivering tailored and empathetic guidance to clients during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Sophie now enjoys life living by the sea in Cornwall with her family and dog named Paddy.
