David has practised as a property solicitor since qualification in 2007.  He has advised investors, companies, lenders, developers and landowners over his time in both high street and commercial firms. David has also worked on buy-to-let purchases through companies, together with any mortgage implications.  He has worked with rural property, leasehold estate management, high street retail leasing, and corporate support.  He specialises in advising upon leases and commercial landlord and tenant.
