Sofía Pacheco has built a solid career as an attorney and notary, particularly in corporate, commercial, and registry matters. She led the legal department of a business group, managing registry procedures, coordinating with the company’s condominium, and working with power distributors and electricity retailers. She participated in securitization processes for investment funds and drafted contracts, agreements, corporate records, and labor documentation.

Her work covered various legal areas such as commercial, corporate, labor, intellectual property, notarial, cadastral, and banking law. She also advised on the creation of condominium regimes.
