Associate

Paola specializes in Intellectual Property at national and international level. She leads proceedings and advises on trademarks, trade names, advertising, copyrights in literary and artistic works, utility models and patents.

In case of disputes, Paola handles civil and criminal litigation in Intellectual Property matters. She also has experience in incorporation of companies, Corporate Law, Contractual Law and Notarial Law.

She began her career as an intern at the Attorney General's Office before becoming a legal collaborator in one of the largest law firms in the region. Thanks to her performance, she was hired as an associate lawyer in another firm with presence in Latin America and North America.

She has participated in international conferences, including the INTA Annual Meeting and ASIPI events. Paola is an active member of INTA and ASIPI, and her cross-border experience also extends to regulatory matters such as sanitary registrations and commercial promotion, strengthening her ability to advise clients across diverse industries.
