René is a Counsel in the Firm in corporate, transactional and insolvency law, advising companies, investment funds and domestic and international creditors in complex transactions. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, having participated in high-value transactions exceeding USD $1 billion in aggregate.
He has developed a strong track record in structuring, negotiating and executing transactions, as well as in the strategic representation of creditors in restructuring processes, standing out for his technical rigor, strategic vision and ability to design comprehensive, results-oriented legal solutions.
