David is Counsel in the Firm in constitutional, civil, commercial and family areas, participating in proceedings related to the breach and interpretation of contracts, as well as in the execution of credit securities, likewise, he has advised foreign institutions and international companies assisting them in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

Likewise, from the perspective of strategic litigation, he is focused on the execution and defense of real estate and corporate projects, advising developers, investors and companies in the resolution of disputes related to the structuring, development and operation of their projects.
