Position
Víctor is a Partner at Kavanagh Gorozpe, where he leads the Banking and Finance practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in banking, finance and real estate transactions. He advises domestic and international financial institutions, investment funds, REITs (FIBRAs), CKDs, CERPIs, developers and institutional borrowers on complex financing structures, including cross-border and multi-layered transactions.
His practice includes structured finance, private debt, syndicated and leveraged financings, real estate financings, asset and acquisition financings, restructurings, mezzanine and convertible transactions, as well as infrastructure and energy project finance. Víctor regularly advises financial institutions, institutional investors and sophisticated borrowers in complex financings requiring a thorough understanding of business priorities, risk assessment and financial structuring. He combines technical rigor with a business-oriented approach focused on aligning legal structuring with clients’ strategic and commercial objectives.
