Daniela has mainly participated in advising and representing clients in tax litigation matters. As well as in tax planning projects, wealth structuring, and the design of alternatives aimed at optimizing the various tax regimes applicable to individuals and legal entities, both residents in Mexico and abroad. Daniela’s practice has also focused on corporate and notarial law matters.
