Mag. Maximilian Albert Mueller, LL.M. is an Attorney-at-Law in the Dispute Resolution Team of Pitkowitz & Partners.

He advises clients on all aspects of dispute resolution – from strategic risk assessment, out-of-court negotiations, to arbitration and litigation proceedings, as well as enforcement. A particular focus of his practice is the assertion and defense against claims in commercial trade disputes, representation of stakeholders in corporate disputes, post-M&A disputes and the enforcement of (foreign) arbitral awards. In doing so, he draws on many years of successfully working with clients across a broad range of sectors, particularly in manufacturing and technology.

In addition, he regularly advises on commercial and corporate law matters and has broad expertise in contract law, particularly in the area of financing transactions.

Maximilian holds law degrees from the University of Paris, Panthéon-Sorbonne (LL.M. with distinction cum laude) and the University of Vienna (Mag.iur.) and has passed the Austrian Bar Exam with distinction. He has authored numerous publications relating to his legal practice in dispute resolution and commercial law.
