Mauricio Moscovici has over 20 years of experience in tax law, with a strong presence in both the national and international arenas. He has held strategic global positions in multinational companies, developing deep expertise in taxation and corporate finance. His work combines legal training and financial knowledge, offering a comprehensive approach to address the complexities of today’s tax landscape.

His professional background includes performing impact analyses of Pillar II legislation for a listed electronics retail multinational, leading tax consolidation and IFRS reporting across 80 countries for a European group, and implementing the 2015 tax reform for the beverage industry (Law No. 13,097/2015), notably for Heineken.

Mauricio also has extensive experience in managing ICMS tax incentives for companies with multiple manufacturing sites, preparing tax-oriented business cases for industrial investments, and supporting more than 20 companies in accessing R&D tax benefits under the “Lei do Bem.”
