Allan has extensive experience in Banking and Capital Market Law, Banking, representing banks and other national and foreign financial institutions, investment funds and private equity, domestic and foreign companies and other investors in operations of public offerings of debentures, financial bills, shares, bonds, structured finance and debt restructuring in various sectors of the economy. Allan holds a law degree from Mackenzie University and a LL.M. from University College London – UCL in the UK. Prior to become a partner of our firm, Allan worked for more than ten years in the Capital Markets department of Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados.
