María Florencia has extensive experience advising national and international companies across various industries with special focus on corporate law, contracts, PLA/FT and compliance, delivering customized counsel to address specific challenges. She also provides training and has written articles on these topics.

Ms. Romariz is an Argentinean qualified lawyer graduated from the National University of Rosario and is internationally certified in Compliance by IFCA (International Federation of Compliance Associations). She has also completed a Diploma in International Economic and Commercial Law (UNR) and in Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (UCEMA). Currently, she is a candidate for the LLM in Compliance at Fribourg University.
