Ayush leads the Dispute Resolution practice at Bombay Law Chambers.

He specializes in international and domestic disputes (both arbitration and litigation), insolvency, and white-collar crimes. He has advised leading corporates, financial institutions, and multinational clients on high-value and cross-border disputes and has also been involved in several landmark cases that have impacted jurisprudence in India. His clients include funds, financial institutions, manufacturing entities, real estate companies, and energy and infrastructure companies. He works extensively on shareholder disputes, debt-related disputes, construction/infrastructure disputes, and environmental disputes.

Ayush has served on the boards of various companies as an independent/non-executive director. Drawing on this experience, he approaches disputes with a nuanced understanding of business strategy, governance, and risk management. He works closely with clients to develop tailored, outcome-driven strategies across sectors and jurisdictions.
