Dipanshu is a corporate lawyer focusing on banking finance, venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions.

Over the past decade, he has worked on a wide gamut of transactions in both debt and equity. Dipanshu’s work highlights include originating novel structures for the venture debt, revenue financing industry and working on a variety of incubation models, seed fundings, venture capital investments, private equity investments as well as mergers and acquisitions. Being also trained in business management, he also has experience in advising on set up and operations of various businesses and key governance and regulatory matters. Dipanshu’s commercial acumen has helped him work extensively across industries, ranging from renewable energy, healthcare, e-commerce, BFSI to core assets.
