Abhinav is a corporate lawyer, who specialises in M&As, private equity transactions and capital markets, advising both domestic and foreign clients.

He has significant experience working on setting up investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and structured finance. In addition, Abhinav has represented a wide range of domestic and global investors in private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, advising them from a legal, tax and regulatory perspective. Abhinav also has in-depth understanding of public markets, having represented multiple selling shareholders and in capital market transactions. His industry focus includes insurance and other financial services, real estate and infrastructure.
