With 25 years of experience, he specializes in the legal structuring of financing and capital markets transactions, with a strategic focus on the entire agribusiness value chain.

He has extensive experience in structuring and executing credit and Special Situations transactions for the sector, as well as in-depth knowledge of due diligence processes, the creation of security interests, and the land and environmental regularization of rural properties — key aspects for ensuring legal certainty in transactions involving agro-industrial assets.
