Maria Fernanda Assad is head of the Legal Marketing practice at FAS Advogados.

With over 15 years' experience in the legal market, she has developed a solid and multidisciplinary career, with a strong consultancy role in strategic issues linked to the intersection between law, communication and business. Her expertise covers areas such as Communication Law, Advertising and Entertainment, Live Marketing, Commercial Promotions, Copyright, Trademarks, Digital Law, Franchising, LGPD and Business Law, advising clients on innovative projects and complex operations that require an integrated legal vision and sensitivity to market dynamics.

She is the author of several articles and publications in books, specialized magazines and digital media.
