Carla Anastácio is a partner of Corporate and M&A practice at FAS Advogados.

With 20 years of experience, she has more than 120 concluded merger and acquisition (M&A) deals during her career. She has an extensive experience in M&A processes, working both on sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as in corporate reorganizations and investments in several economy sectors.
