Career

Vicente Piccoli Medeiros Braga leads the Banking, Payment Methods, and Fintechs practices at FAS Advogados. He has extensive experience in banking, financial, and payment regulation, playing a significant role in various regulatory operations and projects. Additionally, he has worked at ANBIMA, the Credit Guarantee Fund (Brazil's deposit insurer), B3 (the Brazilian stock exchange), and the Federal Public Ministry's Unit for Crimes against the Financial System.

Vicente has published numerous articles and book chapters on financial regulation in both national and international journals. He is also the author responsible for the educational materials used by ANBIMA for the certification of banking professionals in the areas of financial system structure, financial regulation, and self-regulation standards.
