Senior Lawyer

Ina Madoyan advises technology companies, financial services clients, and corporate entities on regulatory and commercial matters in Armenia, with a focus on the FinTech sector. She brings practical experience of corporate law within the FinTech industry gained from her early years in practice, giving her hands-on familiarity with the operational and compliance challenges that technology-driven financial businesses face when structuring or expanding their activities.

Ina's dual French and Armenian legal education — she graduated from both the French University of Armenia and Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University in France in 2023 — gives her a distinctive cross-jurisdictional perspective that is particularly relevant for French and broader European clients engaged with the Armenian market. She joined MB Legal in December 2024.
