Senior Lawyer

Vanik Avagyan advises domestic and international clients on intellectual property protection, corporate law, and dispute resolution in Armenia. His IP practice covers the registration, enforcement, and commercial exploitation of trademarks, patents, and other IP rights within the Armenian jurisdiction, making him a key contact for foreign rights holders seeking to protect their assets in the South Caucasus market. He also supports clients on corporate structuring, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters.

Alongside his contentious corporate and administrative work, Vanik has acted as an arbitrator in civil, administrative, and bankruptcy disputes, bringing a neutral decision-maker's perspective to his advisory work. He joined MB Legal in June 2024.

Vanik holds a Master's degree from the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia and a law degree from the Armenian-Russian (Slavic) University. He continues his legal education at the RA Law Academy, staying current with developments in both Armenian and international law.
